What is the ESNcard?

The ESNcard is the official membership card of the Erasmus Student Network (ESN) and is available to incoming exchange students in Brussels for €15. With the ESNcard, international students gain access to exclusive discounts on housing, sports, food, bars, and more, both locally and across Europe. It also unlocks participation in various ESN events, such as parties, trips, sports activities, and more, organized by different ESN sections during your stay abroad.

Once you purchase your ESNcard, remember to register it on esncard.org to start enjoying all the benefits! For outgoing students from Brussels, you can buy your ESNcard from the ESN section at your Erasmus destination.

Who can buy our ESNcard?

  • Any person coming to Brussels for a mobility program at ULB or IHECS/ECSEDI-ISALT/ ISSIG (Erasmus+ students or other international mobility programs).
  • International undergraduate or postgraduate full degree students at ULB any other school mentioned above!
  • People doing their internship in our beautiful city.
  • International Students who want to have the best time of their lives with us (and are NOT covered by another office)!

How to get your ESNcard?

After completing the form (that you can also compete in our office), you will have to come during our opening hours to get your card! You will need to come to our office with a photo ID for your card and money (payment by cash or card). You can proceed with your payment (EURO 15) via bank transfer and upload the proof of payment.

Then, it's up to you! You will have to register on ESNcard.org with your code (present on your card) to enjoy all the advantages of this awesome card!
